Velocity Brain is the core, and every installation includes it. Everything else is a module you switch on when the problem it solves is a problem you have. No per-seat counting, no multi-year lock, and no bundle built to make the invoice bigger.
Velocity Brain holds the timeline every other module reads from. A module without it would be another disconnected system, which is the thing you are trying to stop buying.
Seven optional modules. Take one, take four, take all of them. A store with a strong BDC and a weak desk should be able to buy the desk.
Priced per rooftop and cancelled per rooftop. A store that is not earning its keep gets switched off on its own, without renegotiating the group agreement.
Modules can be switched on later and switched off later. What you decide in month one is not a decision you are stuck with in month twelve.
Most stores start with one or two. The ones worth starting with are usually the ones where you already know you are losing something and cannot prove where.
| Module | What it does | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Velocity Brain Required | Holds one timeline per customer, runs the Control Center, and scores every recommendation against what the deal earned | Everyone. The general manager lives in it |
| Velocity Marketing | Vehicle Reels from lot photos, engagement tracking, and campaigns you can attribute to funded gross | Marketing manager, BDC |
| Velocity Engage | Lead response by text, email and vehicle video, plus an AI voice assistant that books appointments | BDC, internet manager, salespeople |
| Velocity Showroom | The Road to the Sale on an iPad, from meet and greet through trial close | Salespeople, sales manager |
| Velocity Desk | Deal structure and lender approval odds from your own funded history | Sales manager, desk manager |
| Velocity Credit | Soft pull prequalification and authorized hard pulls, with a full consent and adverse action trail | Desk manager, F and I manager |
| Velocity Finance | Lender matching on customer terms and dealership value, plus F and I preparation | F and I manager |
| Velocity Service | Morning equity scan of the service lane, with alerts to a named salesperson | Service manager, sales manager |
Pricing is per rooftop and depends on which modules you take. Tell us the shape of your store and we will give you a number, not a range.
If four of them solve nothing at your store, buying four of them will not make the other four work better. The walkthrough exists partly to talk you out of modules.
Azure native, in a tenancy you can hold in your own subscription. The data is the dealership's, and leaving with it is a supported operation rather than a negotiation.
The platform is pre-launch. Any vendor quoting you a gross lift figure should be asked how it was measured and against what control. We will hold ourselves to that answer when we have one.
How many rooftops, what you run today, and where you think you are losing deals. That is enough for a real number.
