About

We are building the layer that should have existed already

Dealer Velocity IQ is a Florida company, formed in July 2026, building Dealer Velocity One: an intelligence and orchestration layer for rooftop dealerships anywhere in the United States.

Not another system to log into

There is no shortage of software in a car dealership. There is a CRM, a DMS, a desking tool, an inventory feed, a phone system, a website provider, and usually two or three point solutions somebody bought at a conference. Every one of them does its job.

The problem is the space between them. A customer walks through marketing, lead response, the showroom, the desk, finance and eventually the service lane, and at every handoff the context is retyped, summarised or lost. Nobody notices, because nothing breaks. The deal just comes out a little worse than it should have.

Dealer Velocity One sits above the stack rather than replacing any of it. It reads the whole journey, holds it as one timeline per customer, tells the floor what to do next, and then measures whether the advice earned money. One customer. One timeline. One brain.

How we build

Four positions we have taken, and will be held to

The floor decides, not the software

Every recommendation is advisory, every one is approved by a person, and the inputs, rule version, explanation, approver and outcome are recorded. A system that acts on customers on its own is a liability wearing a feature's clothes.

Advice has to earn its place

Every recommendation is scored against what the deal actually did. Advice that produces gross gains weight. Advice that does not, loses it. A model nobody checks is just an opinion with a database behind it.

Say what is not built

Modules that do not exist are described as not existing, on this website and inside the product. Six impressive demos with no repeatable outcomes would not be a company.

The data is the dealership's

Azure native, in a tenancy you can hold in your own subscription. Leaving with your data is a supported operation, not a negotiation you lose.

The people

Built by people who have run the departments this software touches

Status

Pre-launch, and saying so

Dealer Velocity One is pre-launch. The platform core and the Control Center are in build, and Velocity Engage and Velocity Desk are the first two modules being delivered, because lead response and deal structure are where a store can see whether this works within weeks rather than quarters.

We have no live rooftops to count and no gross lift to quote. When we do, the numbers will appear on this site with the method that produced them and the control they were measured against. Until then, every product visual on this website is labelled as an illustration, because that is what it is.

The commitment

Advisory only. A human approves every recommendation, and the inputs, rule version, explanation, approver and outcome are recorded.

The best way to judge this is to point it at your own store.

Forty five minutes, your journey, and an honest conversation about which modules would earn their keep and which would not.
