Module 01 · the core

Velocity Brain

Required in every installation

One customer. One timeline. One brain. Velocity Brain is the layer that reads every system your store already runs, holds the whole journey as a single timeline per customer, and works out what should happen next. Every other module reads from it and writes back to it.

What it does

The part that makes the other seven worth buying

Seven modules that each hold their own copy of the customer would be seven more disconnected systems, which is the problem you already have. The Brain exists so that does not happen.

One timeline per customer

Every touch from every module lands on the same rail, in order: the Reel they watched, the text that was answered, the needs analysis, the structure, the funding, the service visit.

The next action, explained

The Brain tells the floor what to do next and says why, in language a salesperson would actually use. If the reasoning does not survive being read out loud, the recommendation was not good enough.

The Control Center

One screen for the manager: who is working which lead, which deals are on the desk, and where the clock is running out. It is the shift view, not a monthly report.

Learning tied to money

Every recommendation is scored against what the deal actually did. Advice that earns gross gains weight. Advice that does not, loses it.

The timeline does not close when the deal funds

Every event above came from a different module. None of it was retyped, and none of it lives in a separate system.

Illustrative product interface. Synthetic data, not customer data.

This is the whole product, in one screen

Seven modules wrote to the timeline here. A salesperson, a sales manager, an F and I manager and a service advisor all touched this customer, in three different buildings on the property, across six months. None of them had to tell the next one what happened.

The timeline does not close when the deal funds. That is the point of the last row.

What it holds

The surfaces the core provides

  • The canonical customer record and the event timeline every module reads from and writes to
  • The Control Center: the floor view, the clock against your own response policy, and the shift picture a manager actually needs
  • The recommendation engine, with the rule version, the inputs and the explanation attached to every recommendation it makes
  • The approval trail: who approved what, when, and what happened afterwards
  • Outcome capture, so every recommendation can be scored against the deal it was supposed to help
  • Rooftop and dealer group tenancy, with permissions, configuration and reporting at both levels
How it connects

Everything else plugs into this

The Brain does not sit at one point in the journey. It sits underneath all of them, which is why it is the one module that cannot be optional.

Reads

Your existing stack

CRM, DMS, desking tool, inventory feed, website and phone system. Read only at the start, and nothing is migrated.

Holds

One timeline per customer

Every event from every source, in order, on one rail, with the module that produced each one named.

Serves

Every module you buy

Marketing through service. Each one reads the same timeline and writes back to it, which is why they compound instead of colliding.

Boundary

Advisory only. A human approves every recommendation, and the inputs, rule version, explanation, approver and outcome are recorded. The platform does not act on a customer on its own, and it is not built so that it could be configured to.
